01When is the activation payment due?
Nothing is due while we prepare the homepage design direction. If you approve that direction, the one-time $299 activation payment is due to begin the full build. The twelve monthly payments follow activation.
02Is the $199 an ongoing subscription?
No. The Local Launch payment schedule includes twelve monthly payments of $199. After the final payment, website ownership transfers to you. Continued hosting and care are optional and arranged separately.
03What happens after the twelve payments?
Website ownership transfers after the twelfth monthly payment. No additional website purchase payments are scheduled. You can continue with an optional care arrangement or take responsibility for hosting and maintenance.
04What counts as a minor monthly update?
Minor updates cover reasonable changes to existing text, images, hours, services, and other current page content. New pages, advanced functionality, or major redesign work are scoped separately.
05What if the project needs more than six pages?
We will identify any additional pages or functionality during planning and confirm the expanded scope before that work begins.
